Shipping & Returns

For orders placed Monday through Friday: Orders placed before 12 noon (eastern time) will be SHIPPED OUT the same day, unless otherwise requested. Orders placed after 12 noon, or on the weekends, will be shipped out the next business day (M-F).

Our retail store is located in Brevard, North Carolina. We primarily use USPS Priority to ship our pacs. You can do this in the comments of your order or by calling our store at 1-800-248-CAMP. Please refer to the map below for approximate transit times. Delivery times also DO NOT include the day the package leaves our store, weekends and holidays. If you are unsure if your package will arrive on time, please call us at 1-800-248-2267 or email us at orders@camppacs.com.

**We do not ship on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day.

Shipping Rates
Up to $50 = $13
$50 – $75 = $15
$76 – $100 = $17
Over $100 = $19

Please note that these shipping rates are subject to change based upon where the package is being delivered, when the package must arrive and size/weight of the package. These prices are estimates. We say this to ensure that the price of shipping doesn’t dip into the items in your package.

Return Policy
We hope you receive everything in perfect condition and that you love what you ordered. However, if your order arrives damaged, keep it in the original packaging, and simply send back to the return address on the box. Unless an order is received damaged, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. After we receive the package you will be issued a credit or an exchange as quickly as possible. Within 30 days you are entitled to a full refund.
